Christian Educators Journal

As part of your CEA membership, you will be soon receiving the Christian Educators Journal (CEJ).  From the Christian Educators Journal (CEJ):

We are planning to add a new column called “Teacher Voices” to future issues of the Christian Educators Journal. This would be a place where teachers can comment on the issue theme, respond to previous issues raised in the CEJ, or begin new conversations. Teacher comments would be published anonymously although author’s names should be included when comments are submitted to the editor. Comments should be no longer than about 100 words in length and may be edited for length and style.

The February 2015 issue will deal with “Mental Health Issues in Christian Schools”. It will include articles on dealing with traumatic events, the management of stress, identifying mental health issues in teachers and students and offering appropriate support to those dealing with mental health issues, etc.  Teacher comments could deal with any of these issues. For this issue of CEJ, comments are due to the editor by December 10, 2014.
