Letter From the CEA President

Homecoming! After two years away with regional conventions and MANS, we are “coming home” this year to South Bend. We have been planning a great mix of old and new as you will see by this newsletter. We expect it will be a great convention!

Over the past year your CEA leadership group has examined the unique role of CEA in helping to advance Christian education. At our convention we have a special opportunity to join together to learn, to worship, and to encourage each other. As a leadership group we have pondered the question: How could our convention help to focus our efforts on what makes our schools distinctively Christian? How could we, as a group of educators unified through Christ, better help our schools meet their missions and share our ideas/learning together? We recognize that we must both equip our minds and encourage our hearts so that we can better teach our students and meet the missions of our schools.
